Pilates isn’t your thing? Come down for a coffee + autumnal social anyway!! The Daily Coffee Club will be there until 1pm with autumn drinks specials & autumnal flowers by .of.flowers 💐

& if the weather decides to ruin the fun and we’re rained off again ☔️… The Daily Coffee Club will be trading at Stanah Estuary, and the flowers will still be available !!
