Introducing the NeuroNest Life Admin Café...
Life can feel overwhelming sometimes.
Whether you've got paperwork that's been sitting for months, a planner you've been meaning to start, coursework to catch up on, creative projects waiting for you, or you simply fancy getting out of the house for a cuppa and some gentle company... you're welcome here.
This isn't about productivity for the sake of it.
It's about creating a calm, pressure-free space where we can sit alongside each other, work on whatever matters to us, chat if we want to, or simply enjoy being around other people without any expectations.

🗓 Friday 10th July 🕙 Drop in anytime between 10am-4pm 📍 We'll be meeting upstairs at Tea Time Café in Thirsk.
(If you're unsure where to go when you arrive, just ask a member of staff and they'll point you in the right direction).
Please note: The seating area is upstairs. If this makes attending difficult for you, I'd really appreciate you letting me know. Your feedback will help me make future NeuroNest events as accessible and inclusive as possible. 💚
