🌸 National Nursery Practitioner Day 🌸

I’ve had such a lovely booking come in for October…

One of my customers has secretly booked brunch for all of her employees to say a big thank you and celebrate National Nursery Practitioner Day. 🥰

It’s a day dedicated to recognising the wonderful nursery and early-years practitioners who spend their days caring for, encouraging and supporting little ones — and I think surprising the team with something delicious is such a lovely way to say “we appreciate you.” ❤️

So, if you run a nursery, preschool or early-years setting and would like to treat your staff too, I’d be delighted to help.

My Staff Appreciation Boxes are £8.50 per person and are perfect for this sort of occasion, with options including brunch, picnic, mini afternoon tea, grazing and ploughman’s boxes. 🥐🍓🧀

✨ What a week from the Fiddley Diddley Kitchen! ✨

Last Saturday started with Linda’s 60th birthday celebrations in Sutton on Sea, catering for 55 people. 🎉

Then came a very varied week…

❤️ Monday-a sad occasion, catering for 80 people in Saltfleetby
🥐 Tuesday-breakfast pastries at 9am followed by a finger buffet at noon for a business meeting in Louth for 45 people
A celebration of my nephews 30th Birthday with a fantastic cake by Melanie Drewery
🫖 Wednesday -afternoon tea for 10, delivered just around the corner in Theddlethorpe
🧽 Thursday-a kitchen deep clean and shopping day!
❤️ Friday-funeral food delivered to North Somercotes
💍 And finally yesterday-evening reception food for Pauline & Liam’s wedding at the beautiful New Manor House Orangery extension in Alford

From birthdays and business meetings to afternoon teas, weddings and those more difficult family occasions, no two days are ever quite the same.
