DBNP is back for BUSINESS!

Since making the decision to step away from professional rugby, I remember how much joy this page gave me. Helping others to be at their best!

It’s been a few years since this account has been active, where I was working alongside my rugby career. Unfortunately that took over, and I threw everything into that!

However, I am now excited to be taking this on full-time and now with extra qualifications (personal training).

Lastly, a massive thanks to everyone that continued to follow !

Hopefully I can bring some insight into the world of training and nutrition !!
