The Native brand has been quietly evolving over the last decade in various locations. Sustainability in all areas of the restaurant’s operation has been at the heart of all we do – and currently having the extensive on-site gardens has given us an even more focussed ultra-seasonal approach to our food and service. We are beyond grateful to for acknowledging our efforts!
Michelin explain the criteria for the Green Star on their website, stating that the award is given to “restaurants at the forefront of the industry when it comes to their sustainability practices….for both their ethical and environmental standards. These restaurants offer dining experiences that combine culinary excellence with outstanding eco-friendly commitments and are a source of inspiration both for keen foodies and the hospitality industry as a whole.”
