I am excited to share my new sample opening menus for my residency at The White Hart Ironbridge from next week.

Some classic dishes you will recognise, also some reimagined White Hart Pub favourites.
Specials boards wil be update for both lunch incl my Thai Tapas and evening service (I now have LOTS of space for specials boards and plan to use them for LOTS of specials and new desserts 🤩)

Suree’s Kitchen as you know it returns from Wednesday 16th with my new (secret) Test Kitchen Evenings. I will be experimenting with new dishes, flavours and sharing platters to receive feedback from you my regulars. Alongside some new desserts. No menu just specials. When they are
Gone they are gone. The most popular dishes will feature in my new menus in October. You have your say!

Then from Thursday 17th my popular fresh fish nights return, as does Fridays & Saturdays. Now with no min spend for September. Just have a main course, maybe try our new wine list, perhaps a dessert? So please come and try my new location and share your experience with me, and of course bring your friends. I can’t wait.

Chef Suree & team have left the building! Tonight was our last service at no9 as we all take a short break, before we open next door at The White Hart Ironbridge 🎉

Thank you to all my loyal customers over the years, and of course my hard working team Jo, Daniel Power, , Ross, Simon, Lincoln and of course James GB Day for supporting me over the past 7 years. We will all be moving next door and look forward to welcoming you back mid September.

As I prepare to head up the food, I will be developing some new exciting dishes. We will be introducing new flavours and presentations to your White Hart favourites, alongside new creations on the every day lunchtime and evening menus, and a few surprises. 😉

Well… that’s a wrap at Number 9 🥂
This weekend marks my final service at my little Suree’s Kitchen restaurant, and I feel very emotional, grateful and excited all at the same time.

Over the years, so many wonderful customers, friends, kind reviewers, local supporters and regional media have helped me grow Suree’s Kitchen into something very special. You have booked tables, shared kind words, written lovely reviews, provided direct feedback on my dishes, recommended me to friends and supported me through every step.

Thank you also to everyone who supported me on my journey to becoming Midlands Chef of the Year. That award meant so much to me, because it recognised not just my cooking, but the love, care and hard work behind everything we do.

Now it is time for my next chapter....From mid-September, I am very excited to be leading the food at The White Hart, Ironbridge, bringing Suree’s Kitchen into one of Ironbridge’s most loved historic pubs.

This move will give us more space, a bigger team, a beautiful riverside setting, a new fully stocked bar with exciting new wines, beers and cocktails, cosy bar, en suite rooms, wonderful courtyard and the chance to welcome many more of you.

My focus will stay the same: flavour-first food, fresh Thai cooking, sharing dishes, seasonal specials, fish nights, relaxed hospitality and a re-imagation of your White Hart pub favourites, all with my own Suree’s Kitchen touch.

Thank you for helping me get here. I cannot wait to welcome you to my new home and lots of exciting new experiences with you.
