Thank you ALL for an excellent .fire.festival

Was a pleasure serving all the people enjoying this festival filled with such amazing foodie vendors. We are humbled and apologise for selling out of dough. (Wasn’t expecting this sunshine ALL weekend, especially the Sunday)

Today is the day! We set up our oven, Rosie at .fire.festival along the river between a rum shack and the bar and in view of the stage. Perfect!

We’re quite chuffed to be able to join the BBQ pit masters and fire slingers with our big Wood Fired Oven Rosie at the .fire.festival in Coalbrookdale next weekend.

Looks like our buddies , and even The Black Rapids and a bunch of other class acts will be playing too.

Do you know we make a tasty gluten free pizza dough?

We use Gluten Free flour from Italy and proof em in pie trays to reduce contamination and hydrate them at focaccia level for that fluffy texture rather than the thin dry cardboard ones at the big name chains.

We need a days notice as we mix them to order but gluten intolerant folks can enjoy pizza again!

*note - our workspace and ovens are NOT gluten free so these pizzas aren’t 100% gluten free kosher.

First attempt at making Scottish Lorne Sausage.
Obviously the section I tore off for a taste test didn’t have any salt… so I added more. Now the whole loaf is too salty 😛

Will make further attempts when Matthews Butchers opens back up on Tuesday.

We’ll get this! It’s gonna make a killer sandwich or pizza topping 👊

Late addition to the specials menu as we just picked em up - because we quite fancied em ourselves!

Grilled in our wood fired oven and finished with flaky Maldon Salt. Perfect for sharing, or not ;)
