Another one of Melissa’s cake creations, this one is called ‘The crunchie cake’ it’s fabulous and tastes just like honeycomb, with smashed crunchier on the top with a creamy butter icing in the middle.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Derek.

Derek has been a loyal customer at truffles for many years and comes in most days for a cheese and tomato toastie or two slices of toast with jam and a latte. He was always so very cheerful and so happy to see us, we love Derek and we will miss him dearly.

Rest well my friend will have a drink on you ❤️❤️
