For Father's Day, The Second Cut returns to the Sunday table with a six-course tasting menu celebrating Yorkshire puddings, pub classics, roast dinners and nostalgic British favourites.

One of our most popular themes is back, reimagined across six courses for £35 per person.

After 8 years without a holiday, next week I finally leave the kitchen for a few days and head to Porto.

When I return, The Second Cut becomes something a little different.

Episode 11 — The Hidden Menu.

A £35 tasting experience inspired by the flavours, markets, wine bars and hidden corners of Portugal.

No menu.
No spoilers.
Just trust.

Guests will taste each dish before discovering what it is.
Guess the ingredients.
Share the experience.
And at the end of the evening, the full menu will finally be revealed.

At its heart, The Second Cut has always been about celebrating the underdog — humble ingredients, overlooked cuts and familiar flavours transformed through time, care and technique.
