'The home of the travelling Pizzaiolo' came about due to necessity when we couldn't develop the Old Post Office in Gnosall into the Coffee Shop and Pizzeria we had so wanted to. Eventually we thought the only realistic way to 'get our goods to market' so to speak, was to put it all on wheels and thus, 'The Home of the Travelling Pizzaiolo' was born.'
