Next week we welcome Jack Lewis into the fire kitchen as our September 'Firsty Thursday' guest chef.
Jack is a research and development chef with an impressive CV, having run restaurants for a number of years he moved into R&D and now travels the globe studying cuisine, culture and trends that will likely determine 'the next big thing' within the food industry.
Working with huge brands such as McDonald's, KFC, Taco bell and many others, Jack has had a firm hand in developing many of the favourites on the menus of these globally recognised chain restaurants.
Talking to him is fascinating, he's a wealth of knowledge and talent and this menu is designed to give you a flavour of things likely to come, with a twist of smoke and fire of course!
