Reading Group is back!

Join us this Sunday 6th September for the return of our Reading Group following a short break over the summer.

There’s no set book and no pressure to prepare; just bring yourself and come along ready to chat about what you’re reading, books you love, or anything that sparks an interesting discussion.

Whether you’re an avid reader or simply curious, everyone is welcome. We’ve had some lovely evenings so far, with friendly conversation, plenty of laughter and a really welcoming atmosphere.

What a great night we had on Thursday!

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and supported us.

We had a brilliant evening in the garden with Neon bringing the live music for what was their last-ever gig, so we’re grateful to have been able to celebrate with them. 🎶🍺

Shaldon Regatta is here!

We’re looking forward to celebrating Shaldon Regatta Week with Neon band LIVE in our garden this Thursday 27th August! 🍻

The music starts at 8pm, and it’s always a brilliant evening, so we hope you can join us for a drink, a dance and a great night.

We’ll be open for drinks only inside the pub, with our mobile horsebox bar, The Nag's Head, positioned on the Green as an additional serving station.

We can’t wait to see you there! 🎸🍻

What a fantastic day yesterday! ❤️🥂

Our The Nag's Head Horsebox Bar was at beautiful Port Quin in Cornwall, providing the drinks service for a lovely couple on their special wedding day. 💍🍾

What a truly special day! ❤️

We were so honoured to be part of this beautiful wedding in Port Quin. What an incredible setting, the loveliest couple and such a wonderful atmosphere from start to finish.

It was an absolute pleasure to be there with our horsebox bar, helping keep the drinks flowing while the happy couple celebrated with their family and friends. 🍾🥂

A little taste of what’s on our menu.🍴

Our five bean chilli tacos with corn salsa and fries and our catch of the day with lemon-buttered courgetti, asparagus, cherry tomatoes and king prawns.

Just two of the delicious dishes featured on our main menu, available at both lunch and dinner.

We’re open every day from 11.30am–10pm.

We have our very own vintage horsebox bar available for hire.🥂

The Nag's Head is our beautifully restored vintage horsebox bar, available for weddings, parties and celebrations across Devon and the South West.

It’s been a busy year already, with The Nag’s Head supporting some fantastic local events including a beautiful wedding in Teignmouth in June, the Shaldon Water Carnival, and we’ll be back outside the London Inn during Shaldon Regatta week.

We’re also looking forward to towing The Nag’s Head down to Cornwall in a couple of weeks for another special wedding celebration. 💍

Fully licensed and professionally equipped, we can serve everything from local beers and ciders to wines and spirits, all tailored to suit your event.
