Today is our last day before we close East Cliff Cafe. We just wanted to say Thank You to everyone who has visited East Cliff Cafe over the last 21 Years. It’s not just been a place of work, it’s been part of our family and has been like our living room. We’d like to thank every member of staff we’ve had over the years. It’s been a long time but it’s time for a new chapter in our lives. We’d like to thank our local suppliers and most importantly we’d like to thank every customer over the years.

EAST CLIFF CAFE IS CLOSING DOWN PERMANENTLY ON SUNDAY 8TH AUGUST*

We would like to thank you for all of your support over the past 21 years we’ve been running East Cliff Cafe.

Our lease is expiring and unfortunately, while we’ve tried on over a dozen occasions over the past three years to extend our lease with Teignbridge district council, we were unable to get an extension and so will be closing down.

Jackie is going to be joining Iain in retirement, while Roger has another online business that he will be doing full time. Our staff, Helen and Dexter are moving on to other jobs, While Jordon is returning to University.

We don’t know what’s going to be happening to the site, if it will be leased out again or if there are plans with Network Rail due to the upcoming construction of the new railway and walkway.

We would like to once again thank everyone for their support over the past 21 years.
