If you've followed my journey or have eaten with us, you'll know one thing... fish is my passion. 🐟
One of the things I love most about cooking here is how incredibly close we are to the coast. Every morning, while most of us are still waking up, our fantastic suppliers are already out sourcing some of the very finest fish the South West has to offer.
We're truly blessed to be surrounded by such amazing local produce, and it's a privilege to bring those incredible ingredients from sea to plate for our guests.
Fresh, local, seasonal... that's what it's all about. We can't wait to share our latest fish dishes with you. 🌊🍽️

It's been a little while since I've posted on here, but I thought I'd give you a glimpse of what I've been up to recently.

Over at The Whitchurch Inn, Tavistock, we've been busy preparing for what promises to be an exciting summer season. From menu development and testing to plenty of tasting sessions, we're working hard behind the scenes to create some fantastic dishes for our guests.

There's a real buzz around the kitchen at the moment, and I can't wait to share more of what we've got planned. Here's a sneak peek at some of the food that's been coming out of our menu trials.
