Our pork chop from is an absolute stunner and the dish has just undergone a make over.
Roasted saddleback pork chop, “BLT salad”, Cornish HP, sauce Réforme.

Sauce Réforme was invented by French chef Alexis Soyer at the Recorm cub in London in 1830!
