Anddddddd just like that summer is over! ☀️

Thank you so much to everyone who supported us over the summer holidays in any way. Whether that was buying a single coffee, pastry, bagel or still coming in to see us during the disgusting heatwave, when you were probably sweating from places you didn't realise you could. It truly means the world that you would choose to support our small business 🤎

Also a huge thank you to our wonderful staff for their hard work keeping the shop running on a daily basis and for turning up even in 36 degree weather 😂

GUEST COFFEE 🤎

This month we have Norma ! Run by Joe and Lauren in a barn on the edge of Dartmoor, they work with small, under-represented growers which also fits in with exactly what they are. A small, 2 person band, making great coffee 🤎

We have a lovely array of their current coffees in store at the moment, along with a beautiful Peruvian on our batch with notes of creamy strawberry and plum!

Go check these guys out and give them some love!

Job Opportunity: Baker/Cook at 9.15 Coffee

Our lovely baker and in house artist Chlo Arte will be leaving and heading off to Spain 🇪🇸
This means we are looking for a baker and cook to fill Chloe’s shoes.

About the Job:
- Baking bagels fresh for the week!
- Prepping and cooking bagel fillings
- Making bagels up as they are ordered in the cafe
- Coming up with new bagel ideas each month
- Bringing fresh and creative ideas to the menu
The ideal candidate will have:
- A passion for baking and cooking
- Experience of baking is welcomed :)
- Flexible availability
- Weekend availability
