It's a cold brew kind of a day 🤎

Want to know the difference between an iced Americano and a cold brew? Well I'm gonna tell you!

An iced Americano is made by pouring fresh espresso over ice and water... That's it! It creates a crisp, bold and acidic flavour profile. A proper kick of coffee!

A cold brew is made using super coarsely ground coffee, steeped slowly in cold water over 12 - 24 hours (we do about 18). Doing this results in a sweeter, silkier coffee with less acidity. A cold brew also contains more caffeine due to the slow sleeping time so it's a good one for those sleepless nights at the moment ☀️

Enjoy the sunshine, make sure you're topped up on sunscreen and drink plenty!

It's guest roaster time! ☕ We have , based in Cardiff this month!

These guys have been going for 10 years now and they've solidified a wonderful following over those years, including a handful of us here at 9.15, so we are super excited to have them in store 👏

On batch, we have a beautiful peruvian coffee with notes of green mango, papaya and toffee. Super summery, super yummy!

Plus obviously a beautiful array of retail coffee for you to take home and brew yourselves too 🫶
