The Quantock Restaurant is the ideal venue for business or leisure lunches as well as special occasions, and can be booked for private functions up to 65 people. The Quantock Restaurant is run by our Hospitality and Catering students - working towards various levels of Qualifications. We provide our students with an excellent foundation of skills and knowledge which can be transferred to any type of hospitality employer. All hospitality students complete work placements as part of the full time course and we have many exceptional industry links with prestigious organisations; such as Great Fosters, Lympstone Manor, Le Manoir, The Olive Tree Bath amongst others. We serve mouth-watering dishes made using locally-sourced ingredients, brought to you by ambitious young professionals who are committed to service. The Quantock Restaurant works! It’s moments like these that reassure us, that the work we all do, introducing the industry to our students, works. A chance with Kate Michaels Private Chef Ltd going full circle and resulting in students starting their career by working at a variety of events, you cant get any more special than a couples big day! This isn’t unique but well worth a share, as we get our heads down and welcome a record number of students to our department this year. Reminding us it is important to look up once in a while.
Congratulations to all of those 8 who have developed their professional skills whilst studying Team UCS College Group🩶❤️ very of you all.
