What a day to venture up to the Big Smoke for an ice cream pop up with the awesome Googlers on their rooftop terrace at HQ! ☀️

The BBQ was sizzling, sun shining, queue for never ending and smiles beaming when people took that first ‘lick’ of their ice cream!

I LOVE the comments when people have their first mouthful of GG ice cream and today was no exception…

⭐ “This is insane…”
⭐ “I’ve never had ice cream like it…”
⭐ “The best ice cream in all my years…”
⭐ “Can I come and work for you…”
⭐ “You can taste how pure the ingredients are…”
⭐ “Wow, that is an excellent crunch of honeycomb…”

Fig Leaf & Honey ice cream 💫

Another ‘first’ for us here at GGHQ using the fresh, vibrant fig leaves to make a bespoke flavour for a Chef - we’ve all found a new favourite!

The fig leaves are steeped in warm milk to allow the aromatic tropical flavours to infuse before cooking with the honey, fresh milk, fresh cream, fresh egg yolk and sugar.

Top notes of creamy coconut oozed through with subtle hints of almond and a mild earthiness - impossible to explain how utterly unique it tastes, honestly like no other!

Clotted Cream ice cream - made in Devon, next stop Singapore 🇸🇬 ✈️

Our incredible team have been busier than ever this Summer and today was no exception with a full day making Clotted Cream ice cream for export!

Definitely more than a dollop of local clotted cream ( 3kg to be precise!) in every batch, with milk from and rich egg yolk. Add a little sugar and voilà!

Pure, natural and certainly creamy!

Available in 100ml // 2.5lt // 5lt
