We offer a great selection of delicious fresh juices, fruit smoothies, health boosters, homemade soups, toasted cheese paninis & tasty, healthy snacks 😊
Lots of Vegan & Gluten free options 🌱💚 The business started trading in 2006; the business model was based upon the supply of healthy option refreshments, sold from a mobile unit trading 7 days per week from a high street location in Taunton Somers

Conscious of the need to improve the Nations diet, we follow national trends in healthy eating and have created a comprehensive range of products that are true to our ethics and that have been developed in response to customer’s requests. The main premise of the business is to provide customers with freshly prepared and delicious drinks and’ Food to Go’ that are made to order from fresh ingredients with no artificial flavours, preservatives or added sugar. The recipes have been created from a blend of fresh & Frozen pure fruit and vegetables, great care has been taken to ensure that the customers receives a freshly prepared product which has been created with integrity and honesty.

Dr Tressider has worked in the NHS for over 20 years. He has authored two books embracing both traditional and holistic approaches such as Flower Essences and EFT. His talk will be a most inspiring guidance for us to truly take care of our health

2.00 Sarah Guest – Explore movement your body will love We can learn by understanding what our body is trying to tell us.

Through the application of Somatics, we can see how pain, tension and stress can come about through a learned pattern and how gentle somatic movement can actually retrain the nervous system, release long-held tension and restore ease and comfort in everyday life– with a few laughs along the way!
