Earlier this week we were delighted to celebrate with an event to mark the official opening of our Bold & Brave cafe at Bridgwater Station. 💙💚 It is so exciting to see the station developing into a hub of activity and community spirit, and we are delighted to be part of this evolution.

David Northey, Board member at Severnside Community Rail Partnership, said "It's all about bringing the community together in so many different strands, a vision going forward that's really exciting for Bridgwater and I'm glad to be here today to launch the opening of the Bold & Brave Cafe."

We would like to thank everyone who attended and had such kind things to say about the cafe. 🤲 If you are yet to pop in and see the team at the station, we hope you'll do so soon!

Exciting news, we have a new guest at our Riverside shop! 🦁

We are delighted to be part of the Taunton Town FC Lion Trail, an exciting celebration of international football just in time for the World Cup! ⚽ From this Friday, Taunton town centre will come alive with a pride of 48 Lions prowling in shop windows from the Station to East Reach, from Bath Place to the Independent Quarter. We are proud to representing Ecuador with our lion, certainly a dark horse for the tournament but they have our backing!

The wonderfully creative Emmie has been creating fabulous card designs ahead of which is just around the corner. ✍️ These beautiful designs are available in our Riverside Place Shop in Taunton, our Angel Place Shop in Bridgwater and also our Bridgwater Station Cafe.

Earlier this week we sat down for a discussion with parents and young people ahead of our supported internships with SS&L, starting in September! 🩵💚 Thank you to everyone who joined us and please check out our pinned post if you would like to attend our remaining two drop-in sessions.

If you are interested in finding out more about supported internships, we have two further Supported Internship Information & Recruitment Sessions on the horizon, one in Taunton and one in Bridgwater. 🩵💚🤲

These sessions are an opportunity for parents and young people to drop in and learn more about the programme, as well as chat to current interns and job coaches and learn about our partners at SS&L. If you like what you hear you will be able to apply there and then, with our support.

📅 Tuesday 9th June - 2pm to 4pm - Taunton Library
