Hello the head chef here ,probably some of you know me ☺️to all of our lovely guests.hope you all having a great weekend ,

I feel bad not having room left to accommodate walk in sometimes …
Is not only the room in the restaurant but kitchen too ,as we cook all our dishes on order and we don’t want to overload the kitchens with orders,in case we would need to acomodate walk in guests …
Please book your table on weekends as much in advance as you can,especially late tables like 3pm onwards to 4:45pm last order for food on Sundays if you can preorder your food too as we run out of dishes often during weekend.and if any allergies please mention .

Tables 10 or more is the preorder a must at least 2 days prior to your event .we wanna make sure we cover all your request regarding dishes on the menu …

The steaks at the Albert always been trimmed and cut to 10oz steaks by chefs since the first day when was open …

We have been asked how we cook and and where is coming from ,as the steaks we do here is best quality we can get within range ,

We recommend to be cooked mr-m for mw or wd allow us at least 35-40min please
