Was delighted to make these beautiful cupcakes for my sisters wedding last weekend.
30 Lemon cupcakes with homemade lemon curd filling and lemon buttercream and lemon drizzle, 30 white Chocolate and Raspberry cupcakes with homemade raspberry coulis filling and white chocolate buttercream topped with raspberry coulis and 30 Chocolate cupcakes with homemade ganache filling and chocolate buttercream topped with ganache drizzle.

What can I say but this stunning 10” Vanilla and 8” Vanilla sponge with Lambeth style made its way to a stunning location Achnagrain Castle Hotel.

Set in the forest surrounded with nature.

Flowers were supplied by Rachel from Rachel's Country Flowers
