My first bake will be available this Tuesday from Fagins Taffswell on Cardiff Road, Taffs Well, with pre-orders open now. I will be there from 3pm -5.30
Everything is handmade by me in small batches, with a particular love for naturally leavened bread (and obviously something sweet too).

🍞 Classic White Sourdough — £4.50
Naturally leavened white sourdough with a crisp crust and chewy crumb.
🍯 Honey & Oat Sourdough — £5
Sourdough with rolled oats and honey.
🌿 Rosemary & Sea Salt Focaccia — £4.50
Sourdough focaccia with extra virgin olive oil, fresh rosemary and flaky sea salt.
🌶️ Cheddar & Jalapeño Focaccia — £5
Sourdough focaccia with mature cheddar and jalapeños.
🍪 Oat & Chocolate Chip Cookie — £3
Brown butter, white miso, Belgian dark chocolate and sea salt.
🫐 Raspberry & Blackberry Crumble Bar — £3
Buttery crumble bar with raspberry & blackberry filling and white chocolate.

I’ll also have a limited number available to buy at the pub on Tuesday, and maybe a few more extra goodies.
After inspection I have achieved a 5* food hygiene rating from the council.
I am putting out a small run this week, however I am looking to expand and develop the range of what I can offer. ❤️
