We are very happy to announce that we have been working hard behind the scenes with Active Charnwood, Age UK Leicester Shire & Rutland, Leicestershire County Council and Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust to develop some new sessions at our centre for women during and after the menopause.
On Thursday 9th and 16th November we will be hosting some 'Active Menopause' taster sessions for free to start to develop our own Menopause Cafes. These sessions include Q&As and further discussions around nutrition.
