This week’s menu has landed… and we’ve got something a little different for you! 👀

Joining us in the kitchen is our guest chef & friend, Olly, who trained in Australia, so we’ve handed him the reins for this week’s specials. Expect bold flavours, big inspiration and two burgers you won’t want to miss…

🇦🇺 The Aussie Lot
A smashed beef patty loaded with a runny fried egg, tomato chutney, beetroot relish and grilled pineapple. An Aussie classic done the Goose way!

🐉 The Red Dragon
Our signature buttermilk chicken topped with Asian slaw, pickled papaya, a prawn cracker and Szechuan mayo for the perfect sweet, spicy and crunchy bite.

What a beautiful day at Jenners Barn! ☀️🌸

Today we had the pleasure of catering another fantastic event at the stunning Jenners Barn, serving up a fresh Mediterranean-inspired feast in the sunshine.

From juicy grilled chicken and king prawns to vibrant salads, homemade sides and plenty of delicious food for everyone to enjoy, it’s days like these that remind us why we love what we do. ❤️

A huge thank you to our wonderful hosts for trusting Goose Catering to be part of such a great day, and to everyone who tucked into our food – we hope you enjoyed it as much as we enjoyed creating it! 🥗🥩🍔
