Hi, Eddies is now Dogs2go, we will still do our Cajun chicken and stake, the rice also, but our focus will be on hot dogs and sausages.It's time that someone does this right. We should be up and running within the next month. See you again my friends.

So a customer calls us, unhappy with their order. We agree a refund and call just eat. Just eat tell us we cannot request a refund on behalf of the customer. So basically Eddies cannot get a customer a refund. What just eat tell us is the customer has to call them and request a refund. At that point just eat email us with the request if they feel the customer has justification for a refund. We already told just eat to refund it. Why did they not just agree when we called them.

I told you all we were going to serve just eat up on a plate, so here's part 3. Friday I had a customer call wondering where their order is. No driver available for over 45 minutes . I offered to deliver it myself. So i called just eat to tell them i was doing so. They told me i can't do that because it won't be classed as delivered and we won't get paid.

JUST EAT - THE TRUTH.....
A follow up to the Just Eat rip off machine. You get charged the commission, then vat on that commission, then we pay the delivery fee, then vat on that. then they total all that together , then add vat to that. Triple vat whammy. The newest thing they introduced a "don't cook yet" fair enough you might think. Okay there is a point to this, except when they do tell you to cook it, you then get 10 minutes to cook it. Imagine you have 10 just eat orders all needing to be cooked in 10 minutes. Just eat also added a penalize the restaurant with a driver waiting fee of 30p per minute after giving you 10 minutes to cook it all. Ever wondered why it appears the driver has been waiting 20 minutes, they will often sit in a carpark so they can rack up that fee. And of course then you have the times they don't show for an hour.

Hi everyone we are dropping Just Eat. We are utterly sick of them ripping us off and upsetting customers with drivers not showing up. Here is a typical invoice. As you can see they are taking 60% and still messing up peoples deliveries. 31 Jan 2022 - 6 Feb 2022

We cannot operate at these levels, they are screwing us. Please note that you will now only be able to order on Deliveroo or Uber. We apologize to our customers and raise 2 fingers to Just Eat. We will begin a campaign to show people just how just eat are destroying the little guys. Did you know that when drivers are in short supply, they divert them to the big chains and temporarily put places like Eddies as closed. We have no say in it, they auto close us. It's time the little guys took a stand.
