Good morning all

We are only trading two days this week as we have been given a super rare opportunity to go and do our biggest event ever for some of the most high end clients around the world from 52 nations this week at the Royal International air tattoo defense engagement program!

It will be a real test for us with around 2500 hungry people to feed by ourselves 🌯🌯🌯

Its an opportunity we didn't want to miss but our Surf & turf will be available both days with last week's comp winner to be announced tomorrow evening ready to collect Wednesday ❤️😎🔥😋

‼️CLOSED FRIDAY 10th‼️

So after careful consideration we have decided not to open this evening due to it being even hotter than yesterday!

Personally im normally ok with the heat but its not fair on staff members, drivers ect

Its not a matter of it being 33° outside, you normally have to add 10-18° inside ontop with catering equipment

It starts making you feel heavy headed, fatigued & concentration drops and i do not want our standards to drop or risk becoming ill

Thank you for your understanding and we shall be back to normal next week with cooler weather 🙏🌯☀️

Ps, our competition will roll over to next week and we shall keep the surf & turf running next week also due to two days of closure

Hi all

Due to extreme heat in the kitchens so far we have had to make the desision to close this evening! It got well over 50°c in our van last night and its even hotter today.

Its for the safety of us all that we dont push ourselves. We try our best but its just unbearable

We will keep everyone updated for tomorrow also 🥵

We are absolutely flat out the next 2 months with so many new corporate clients, events and new locations that I could do with 5 extra trucks 🤣🤣

Lately we have been doing 7 days and alot of double shifts a day to keep up with demand & to ensure we keep ourselves super busy. Thank you to everyone for the continued support. It means so much to us
