I’m back (for a little while!) and we’re sorting out grandmas house and thought we’d have an open house style sale to get the last things sold.

C L O S I N G P A R T Y

The time has come to say goodbye…for now! I’m going to be throwing a closing party at the Container Kitchen in Sway, on Friday 21st March. From 2-8pm, £5 ticker per person (mostly so I can keep track of numbers!) and INCLUDES food, streetfood, sweet treats + drinks. There will be last bits and pieces for sale, and stock bargains to be had.

This will be the LAST chance to eat my food for a looong time..so clear a space in that diary! I head to Australia on 9th April, so it’ll also be the last time that I get to see most of your faces for a while!

PORK BANH MI

If you’re vegan you will have heard of the queen that is …So it was only right that I went to check out the deli whilst I was in Melbourne!

It’s the kind of sando you should eat in private, protected like your dirty little secret. You have to wash your hands straight away, to cleanse yourself of its sheer naughtiness and that you’ve unashamedly scoffed it far faster than you should have!

I, however, made the rookie error of eating it in public..too impatient to take it away! Facing out of a window no less! Sauce on my fingers, coriander in my teeth, flakey crumbs littered everywhere! My inner child screaming to not give a toss and bask in the joy, but adult me embarrassed at how unladylike I must have appeared!

This sandwich isn’t comfortable, it should come with a warning..but my god it’s delicious! Savour it if you can. I’ve yet to try a meat alternative as good as this!

Next time guys, please please please give me more than one napkin!!!

***BIG NEWS!!!***

Whilst away on my travels, I was presented with an awesome opportunity in Australia...so I’m grabbing it with both hands and will be moving over there in April!

This means TTFN for TTG! It’s been an incredible ride, and I can’t thank everyone enough for all your support along the way. Feeding you all has been so much fun, but it’s time for me to go and spread my wings in the sunshine!

🌱FOOD TRUCK + CONTAINER KITCHEN FOR SALE🌱

Billie, my vintage food truck and the brand new container kitchen are for sale. Purchased together, you’d have everything you need to start your own food business!

The container is 40ft long, has two separate kitchen spaces, counter with two barstools, shelving to display shop products and central space for a twelve seater dining table. It’s fully fitted with equipment, fire extinguishers, electric hook up, plumbing, gas supply, alarm system, till system and so much more! Ideal as a prep kitchen space, coffee shop or private event space. And the beauty is, it can be lifted and moved to wherever you need to put it! 🌱 H A P P Y N E W Y E A R 🌱

Happy belated new year to all you lovely people! Thankyou for another year feeding you, a year of much change and continued support.

Christmas flew by in a blur getting all the festive pre-orders ready, and now it’s time for some much needed R & R…well sort of, if you know me!

Tinkers is now closed for five weeks, so I can take my once a year annual leave. This time I’ve ventured well and truly across the pond, for a food adventure in Bali followed by some fun in Australia! I’m doing my first ever cooking course for two weeks in Bali before I head to see friends in Australia and soak up the vegan food scene in Melbourne.

I’ll respond to any enquiries upon my return on 10th Feb ☀️
