Sunflower Wreath Making 4.30pm to 6.30pm Sunday 9 August
Bring the children along and make it a lovely summer holiday activity.
Adults are welcome to supervise without making their own wreath, so you only need book and pay for each child creating a wreath.
It is a very relaxed, creative afternoon to enjoy together, expertly guided by Sister Makes, with everyone leaving with a beautiful handmade sunflower wreath.

Bonnie Tyler's family have announced the details of her funeral and a public celebration of her life.

💙 Bonnie Tyler, born Gaynor Hopkins in Skewen on 8th June 1951, will be remembered at a public celebration of her life at Swansea Minster (St Mary's Church) on Monday August 17th at 12 noon, with her family inviting the public to pay their respects the weekend before.

🌹 On Saturday August 15th, Gaynor will return to her Mumbles home, Fernhill, at 3.30pm. Those wishing to pay their respects are invited to line Newton Road, Mumbles from 3.15pm.

🏘️ She will then travel through her hometown of Skewen at approximately 1.20pm on Monday, en route to a private family service of committal and farewell.

💬 The family’s funeral notice reads in part: “She is remembered as a warm, generous artist whose music touched generations and continues to fill dance floors and karaoke booths around the world. Her legacy lives on in the timeless songs that made her a legend.”

💛 The family has asked for no flowers, instead inviting donations to two charities of which Gaynor was a patron — Noah's Ark Children's Hospital for Wales and Cerebral Palsy Cymru.

💔 Bonnie Tyler passed away on July 8th in hospital in Portugal, aged 75, following emergency intestinal surgery in May after which she had been placed in an induced coma.
