We've used Kveik Voss yeast as it loves fermenting in a heatwave ☀️☀️☀️ Otherwise the recipe is identical to normal.

Brewing an American Pale Ale today. Hoping for a grapefruit bitterness with fresh pine from the Centennial and Chinook hops.

We're fermenting with Kveik Voss yeast which is a Norwegian strain that loves high fermentation temperatures.

Well, we'll find out in a few weeks.....
