We would like to sincerely apologise to any customers who experienced longer than usual waiting times for their meals yesterday.

As it was our busiest day of the year, our online ordering system defaulted to standard preparation times. Unfortunately, due to unexpected technical issues, we were unable to adjust these times to reflect the higher demand. This meant some orders took longer than anticipated.
