A message to you, our customers.

Last Thursday, the unimaginable happened to our venue. A fire happened in the middle of the night.

We are devastated and heartbroken. But we are determined to move forward.

Verdi’s is so much more than a building, it’s a part of this community, a family unit, a place to call home.

What happens next is uncertain. It’s a long journey ahead. But what we can promise, is that we will be back. And we will come back stronger.

Over the next few weeks and months, we will take you with us, as we rebuild, and regrow what we’ve lost.

🚨 ANNOUNCEMENT 🚨

Verdi’s was affected by a fire overnight.

Whilst we’re still coming to terms with what has happened, we’re relieved that nobody was injured and everyone is safe.

We’re absolutely devastated, but we’ll do everything we can to get Verdi’s back open as soon as it’s safe to do so.

We know how much the restaurant means to our team, our customers and the Swansea community, and we’re incredibly grateful for all of the messages of support already.

We’ll keep everyone updated over the coming days as we know more.

We’d like to place on record our thanks to the Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service for their swift response and professionalism.

Our iconic pink ice cream van is outside the The Secret Beach Bar & Kitchen Swansea today for the Wales Airshow ~ until 9pm!!

Our takeaway kiosk is also serving our homemade ice cream on Knab Rock until 9pm.

Beach days, park stops, Mumbles crabbing and ice cream pit stops.

The summer holidays are here to be enjoyed on Knab Rock. With that in mind, our homemade kids sundaes are now only £1. We’re open from 10am-9pm, 7 days a week. 👏

What a day! Our team took to the water for the 40th year The Mumbles Lifeboat RNLI Raft Race.

Another year where we sank more than swam, with a hand-made Guiseppe raft special. Maybe it’s time we let someone else make one…😬👀🌊⚓️⛵️

Our venue was busy and the vibe was high for a great cause. Thanks for everyone who showed up to support.

Tomorrow, the annual Mumbles Raft Race takes place and this year it’s celebrating 100 years.
