Bella is a high-energy, fun cocktail bar. We're looking for a General Manager (£33,000-£45,000) and Bars Manager (£28,000) to lead a dynamic team in our brand new venue, forecast to turn over £1.2m - combining all things cocktails and party!
Bella loves a party, and ensuring our guests can let their hair down in a safe and comfortable environment is high on our agenda. Spanning across two floors and open 7 days a week, our new venue features a 220 capacity ground floor cocktail bar. Upstairs, you'll find an 100 capacity centre stage karaoke bar for any aspiring Barden Bellas out there, alongside private karaoke booths for those secret superstars!
Perfectly located in Swansea's party central, Wind Street, you'll be leading a 20(ish)-strong team, delivering unforgettable experiences to all our guests.
