Evening everyone! Just a gentle reminder that the shop and the shed are both closed this weekend. I know I’ve mentioned it a few times this week, but we’ve had quite a few visitors to both today and yesterday and I know the post reach on some of my posts just lately have been a bit naff so thought I’d best post a cheeky little reminder! Back open as normal next week. Love you pal 😘

Quick competition though I think!

Most of you know that this whole business came about from me baking as a bit of a way of taking my mind off my weekly counselling sessions. You’ve all been on the wild ride with me, being diagnosed with complex trauma PTSD, anxiety and depression, EUPD, ADHD etc, seeing, and supporting me (and us!) through everything last year when I reached absolute rock bottom. All of what you see means so much to me, as hard as I find it to even get out of bed most days, I do it for you guys, and will as long as you’d like me to!

Anyway, I digress. Drop me a little message with how/where you’ve met me/us along the way, be it a lockdown delivery, an event or just calling into the shop! Drop a little story, be it what (if anything 🤣) Boar Valley Bakes means to you, funny moments you’ve had with or because of us, anything really! I will personally choose a winner on Friday evening and the winning story gets the usual box of goodness to collect either from one of these events, or to pick up from the shed. Thank you everyone 🐗
