It is with great sadness that we have to announce that this Saturday 20th June will be our last day of trading. We would like to thank every customer who has supported us through thick and thin over the years.
We will miss you all!!!
There will be an opportunity to purchase some restaurant items like chairs, glasses etc. on Sunday 12-6pm. So feel free to express interest in particular items beforehand by personal message.

A big thanks to all our customers. During lockdown we’ve managed to raise £400 for the NHS.
It’s now down to you our customers to decide where you would like it to go to......

We are planning to combine all votes received here and from our Twitter account and then announce the results Thursday evening, and then make the donation to charity on Friday this week.

The Shaad is still very much open for takeaway and delivery orders.
We would like to thank all our customers, old and new, for their support in not only helping keep us open, but also helping us raise money for the NHS.
In regards to deliveries, we are working very hard to keep your orders delivered to you as safely and as quickly as possible. We will always aim to deliver your order within 60 minutes however, during peak times, please allow up to 90 minutes before contacting us.

Good evening everyone, hope you’re all keeping safe and well?
Just a quick update on roadworks and how this may impact service.
Tonight the works reached the restaurant doors and will be similar tomorrow evening. At present it is affecting access to and from Hextable, Wilmington and Joydens Wood from 7pm onwards. We anticipate this being the same again tomorrow (Friday) night, but normal service Saturday and Sunday evening, with works due to recommence Monday evening. We expect direct access to Swanley to be blocked from Monday night each evening for about a week. However, we anticipate New Barn Road will be a viable detour for us to use next week which will make Swanley deliveries slightly easier, with only a small amount of additional time needed.

Good evening everyone, hope you’re all keeping safe and well?
For our customers in Hextable, Wilmington, and Joydens Wood it will be hugely beneficial to have your orders in and delivered to you or collected prior to 8pm this evening, before Swanley Lane/Main Road is shut down for the roadworks. The only way to bypass the roadworks after 8pm is via central Swanley because New Barn road and Highlands Hill will both be closed/cut off. This will take at least 10-15 minutes off the time you receive your order.

Happy Sunday everyone, hope everyone is keeping safe and well?
Just a general announcement in regards to the Shaad delivery team raising money for the NHS.
As a group Chris, Russell and Richard, have agreed to donate a sizeable percentage of all tips raised, to the NHS. Mo, the restaurant owner has kindly agreed to match every pound raised for such a worthy cause.
