There’s a whole story inside a cocoa pod 🌱🍫

Our Colombia origin chocolate is crafted by our partners Luker Chocolate | Chocolate Manufacturer . From harvesting and fermentation to drying, roasting and conching, every stage helps shape their flavour and texture before our chocolatiers work with them in Dorset.

Making chocolate where its cocoa grows helps to keep chocolate-making expertise, skilled jobs and more of the production value in Colombia. Through The Chocolate Dream, Luker also works alongside cocoa-growing communities to build lasting wellbeing at origin.

WE ARE NOW IN SELFRIDGES! 🎉🍫

In 2002, Chococo began in Swanage in Dorset. Yesterday, nearly 24 years later, we opened our newest Chococo location inside Selfridges on Oxford Street. And what a first day it was!

We handed out plenty of chocolate samples, chatted all things Chococo and welcomed so many wonderful people to our new counter. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and helped make such a huge moment feel even more special 💛

You’ll find us on the Lower Ground Floor in the Confectionery Hall. Come and discover our fine chocolates, handcrafted in Dorset, plus our Selfridges-exclusive giant decorated chocolate slabs - choose how much you fancy and pay by weight.

An afternoon line-up of proper pig treats on the Dorset coast at THE PIG-on the beach… 🐖

Buttered & Baked brings together a generous spread of savoury bakes, sandwiches and sweet treats to share between two - from cheese & spring onion scones with bacon jam and smoked trout sandwiches, to preserved tomato & basil quiche and chocolate & raspberry pots.

We’re delighted that our Dorset Sea Salt Caramels - winners of a 2 Star Gold Great Taste Award in 2020 - have a starring spot on THE PIG’s Buttered & Baked teatime menu.

Made with our sweet caramel, and smoked sea salt from the Dorset Sea Salt Company, wrapped in a hand-decorated dark chocolate dome, they’re a delicious finish to an afternoon by the coast.

Made at origin and fully traceable from farm to Chococo, it’s now ready for our Chocolate Kitchen.
