Thanks to everyone who came to last night’s quiz. Great fun, and a record-breaking 2 points separating first and last place teams. It couldn’t have been closer. Congratulations to the winners, who only popped in for a pint and insisted they weren’t very good at quizzes so opted out, but were talked into giving it a go. Fate had dealt her hand.🙂

A huge thank you to everyone who joined in with last night’s quiz. Needing 2 rooms to fit all the teams in was a nice problem to have. A fun evening with difficult questions, bad jokes, and a tiebreaker where the victors won by only 3 inches. Congratulations to ‘The Seahorses’. 🙂

It's taken 2 days to recover from our very busy weekend 😁
A total of £635 was raised at our table top sale and cream tea for Cancare Purbeck. A full house once again. A big thankyou to the table sellers and to everyone who supported the fundraiser 👏👏👏
A special thankyou to Nikki and Emma for making the delicious scones and to The Swanage school for letting them use the kitchen facilities, also thankyou to Trudy and Kerry for donating your own time to ship out the food, it is really appreciated.
