End of day 2 and first coat of green is on 💚 not as far along as I wanted but pub flooding, fire alarms, kitchen busy and bike night ive been flat out all day non stop but fingers crossed tomorrow i can get it near finished.
Huge thank you to all the bikers that came tonight, great turn out and looking forward to more when the weather is better again.

All ready for the green to go on tomorrow 🙌
Note to self!!!! Pay attention when changing light fittings that are live 🔥 it gives a bit of a tingle not once but twice 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Another successful night last night for night 2 of our new food menu and every table taken, 60 meals out the kitchen and every table gave excellent compliments 😊
Also yesterday another room painted and repaired and opened for B&B which booked out an hour later 🙃 all rooms fully booked this week again.

Now todays Misson is the start of part 3 refurbishment of the pool/darts room
Room is stripped out and first coat of paint is going on 🙌
This is going to finish the pub nicely with matching theme, furniture and fixtures
Can't wait till it finished 😉

I know i say so much about how proud I am of the pub and my team but today seriously was unbelievable..
Non stop day since 7am.. fantastic funeral and lovely comments from the family regarding the catering and such a pleasure to be able to host for.
Then our kitchen launch tonight booked tables, all with amazing feedback and then the massive table of 31 with great feedback 😀
To say this was our launch night, the first time with equipment in the kitchen, new menu and new team well i couldn't have asked for a better result.
Every meal on the menu was cooked and tested, we have a few little tweaks to make tomorrow but nothing major and expected from a new kitchen.
Out of 30 feedback forms we scored 9.1 out of 10 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌
The biggest well done to our new cook Rachael wow you smashed it and I honestly can't wait to be going on this journey together.

Thank you to everyone who came, supported and looking forward to all the tables we have booked in already for the rest of the week. If anything of tonight is to go by then your in for a treat ❤️
