This one happened quite by accident while Mrs G was cooking lamb keema for the footballers. A little leftover pastry, a bit of experimenting… and BOOM! Spiced lamb wrapped in flaky pastry — a match made in sausage roll heaven! 😍

What an incredible celebration of Ian’s life. ❤️

The sea of red and white was overwhelming and a true testament to Ian’s unique ability to bring people together.

It was, of course, a sad day, but one filled with so many happy memories, stories, laughter and love.

Thank you to everyone who joined us to raise a glass and celebrate such a special man. We hope we did you proud, Ian. ❤️⚽️🤍
