Pan-seared scallops surrounding a bed of our crisp apple and crab mix, perfectly balanced by a cider reduction and topped with tendril pea shoots.

Our “Trio of Puddings” consists of black pudding, white pudding and haggis. We then top this with a poached egg and a rich cheese sauce making it deep, yet bursting with flavour.
