A new sign for a new chapter 💚

Our new Village Café sign is finally in place.

Inspired by the charm of traditional English village cafés, we’re creating somewhere warm, welcoming and made for the community — a place for good coffee, good food and even better company.

It’s only a sign… but it’s starting to feel very real now. 🌿

Our exterior work is well underway, and we’re loving how the new Hedgerow Green is bringing everything to life.

A Little Village Café Update… 👀

Sorry we’ve been a little quiet lately! We’ve been very busy behind the scenes working through a few small obstacles — but we’re pleased to say the fun has now well and truly started! 🙌

Furniture is ordered, menu planning is in the work’s, the redesign is in motion, and there’s lots happening over the next few weeks.

We’re getting closer every day, and you should soon start to see a huge transformation at The Village Café. 🏡✨

We can’t wait to show you what we’ve been working on… stay tuned! 👀

Things might look quiet from the outside, but we’ve been working hard behind the scenes on The Village Café 🍂☕️

We’ve taken lots of your suggestions on board (thank you to everyone who shared ideas!) and today we’re here with Ian from Rufus, getting stuck into the interior design. Think cosy, welcoming and very much ‘Whitburn’.

We’ll share more sneak peeks and an opening date as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience and continued support - and as always please feel free to share any ideas with us! 💡
