🌿Anxiety Management Class🌿

I’m excited to introduce our first wellness event at Vallelys.

The class has been created by Sun’lun Sorted CIC to help people gain a better understand of anxiety and learn practical techniques to manage it in everyday life.

The session will be delivered in a friendly, supportive and non-judgmental environment by experienced counsellors, with plenty opportunities to learn useful strategies that can be tailored to your own circumstances.
