Start with our Crispy Belly Pork Bon Bons – golden, crispy bites of pork served with a rich peppercorn sauce and fresh rocket leaves for the perfect balance of flavour and texture.

For your main course, enjoy our Chicken Ballotine – succulent chicken stuffed with a delicate chicken and tarragon mousse, served with roasted new potatoes, tenderstem broccoli and finished with a creamy mustard sauce. Chicken ballotine is a classic French-style dish where the chicken is carefully rolled around a flavourful filling before being cooked, creating a tender, elegant main course. �

Finish with a comforting Creamy Rice Pudding, served with a buttery shortbread biscuit and sweet strawberry jam – a traditional favourite with a delicious twist.
