If you’ve ever looked at a dessert menu and said “I’ll just have one bite” these Salted Caramel Waffles are probably not for you 😅🤤

Golden waffles loaded with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and drenched in warm salted caramel sauce. Sweet, sticky and absolutely impossible to eat politely 😂

This is the kind of dessert that suddenly makes everybody at the table want “just a little taste” before ordering one for themselves five minutes later 👀

Honestly, if you’re coming to Signatures and skipping dessert while these are on the menu, you’re stronger than the rest of us.

When Sarah’s working and somebody asks her for a starter recommendation, there’s about a 99% chance she’s going to say the Warm Black Pudding Salad 😍

Crispy black pudding, chorizo bites, jersey potatoes and a perfectly poached egg served on a bed of fresh rocket it’s one of those dishes that somehow feels comforting and fresh at the same time.

The runny egg mixed with the chorizo and crispy potatoes is unreal and if you’re somebody who usually skips starters, this is probably the one that changes your mind 👀

Safe to say Sarah knows exactly what she’s talking about with this one😂

Everybody who works here has that one dish they’ll recommend instantly when customers ask “what’s good?” and for Stevie… it’s always the Tagliatelle Aldo 😍🍝

Fresh tagliatelle coated in a creamy tomato and dill sauce with juicy prawns, courgette and cherry tomatoes, all finished perfectly so every bite is packed with flavour. It’s rich without being too heavy and one of those dishes you start thinking about again the next day 😅

There’s a reason the team order this for themselves so often when they get chance to sit down and eat. Proper comfort food with a little bit of luxury thrown in.

Can we normalise solo dining a little more? 🍷🍽️

Not every meal out has to be a big social occasion. Sometimes people want an hour to themselves after a long day, sometimes they’re travelling for work, sometimes they fancy good food without having to cook and sometimes they simply enjoy their own company.

We have customers who come in on their own all the time at Signatures. Some bring a book or sit quietly with the paper, some come because they know they’ll get a proper meal and a nice glass of wine, and others enjoy sitting chatting away with the team while they eat.

There’s actually something really nice about taking yourself out for dinner without waiting for an occasion or needing to organise a group chat first😅

So if you’ve ever thought about coming for a meal alone but worried what people might think, this is your sign to do it anyway. We’ll have a table ready🍝🤍
