This is where it all started for My Delhi. Where we opened our doors for the first time, built an incredible team and found a community that believed in what we were trying to create.

So to be bringing home the biggest honour in our history means something really special.

We've celebrated in London. Now it's time to celebrate with the people and the city that made it all possible.

IT'S COMING HOME! MY DELHI HAS BEEN CROWNED CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS. THE NATION'S BEST.

What an incredible night!

Last night at the prestigious ARTA Awards in London, often described as the Oscars of the British Asian restaurant industry, we were named Best Restaurant in the North East. Then came the big one. My Delhi was crowned Champion of Champions, chosen from regional winners across the country!

We're still trying to take it all in.

Seven years ago, we opened our first restaurant in Newcastle with a dream to do things differently. To bring the energy, excitement and food culture of Delhi to life and create an Indian dining experience unlike anything else.

We've never stopped pushing ourselves since. Every dish, every detail, every guest experience. That determination to keep getting better is what drives us.

This is our biggest achievement yet, and we couldn't be prouder of our incredible teams, our partners, our suppliers and everyone who's been part of our journey.

To every guest who's supported us along the way, thank you. We feel truly blessed.

We’re suited and booted at the Hilton on Park Lane for one of the biggest awards in the calendar, the ARTA Awards 2026. My Delhi Newcastle is shortlisted for Restaurant of the Year.

A huge moment for our team, and we couldn’t be prouder to represent the North East.
