Long time no update… life’s been a little busy lately 🤍

But today I had something sooo good I had to share — rib phở 🍜✨
This bad boy?? Absolutely unreal. Rich, comforting broth, tender ribs falling off the bone… exactly what I needed.

Sometimes you don’t realise how much you miss simple things like a warm bowl of phở until you have it again 🥹

Thank you so much to all our lovely customers for supporting us since 2023 — we truly couldn’t have done this without you.

This year marks the first time since PHO179 been here, Sunderland welcomed such a beautiful fireworks display, and it really feels like the city is growing, developing, and becoming more vibrant every day.

Opening our restaurant in Sunderland has never been the wrong decision. We’re grateful to be part of this journey and excited for what’s ahead in the new year 🥂✨
