Sundays at Ember 🔥

Our Sunday roast doesn’t just start on Sunday — the preparation begins days before. From cleaning and prepping all the vegetables to marinating and carefully cutting the meat, every detail matters.

Our lamb is delivered fresh from our lovely local butcher, and we have to give a huge shoutout to Holywell Lamb farm and Steven Love himself! ❤️

It takes a lot of care, time and attention to detail to create the feast we put on for your family and friends every Sunday.

Sunday is without a doubt our fastest-paced and hardest-working day for the whole team — but we absolutely love it! The rush, the energy and the buzz of a busy Sunday service are what keep us going.

And most importantly, your feedback is what we live for. ❤️

Murder on the Orient Express — our latest menu is inspired by the legendary journey across Europe.

The idea? Visit every stop along the route and celebrate the incredible dishes and flavours from across Europe, giving each one our own signature Ember twist.

Expect a selection of classy, sexy, beautifully crafted dishes — indulgent, exciting and, most importantly, seriously tasty. 🔥

So step aboard, settle in and enjoy the ride…
