Monday again!

Were here all week. Our new opening hours are 9am - 5pm on Monday through to Saturday and 9am - 2pm on Sundays.

We've popped the gig dates for The Bunker in the carousel above 👆. We will be open till 10pm on those nights.

We are participating in Sunderland cocktail week this year and will be open late a few nights then - more info to come.

We have a private booking this Saturday evening and will be closed to the public. Have you considered booking otto or for your next party? Drop us a line and let us know what you're planning.

Our team night out, funded by everyone's generous tips over christmas, was well earned this weekend after a week of fixing and refreshing the cafe.

It was lovely to be back at it today, catching up with everyone and playing spot the difference. There have been lots of little changes made over our much needed maintenance week, and now we're feeling refreshed and ready for 2026.

We'll be closing at 5pm Monday - Saturday for the next couple of months, while we re-think our approach to evenings at otto. We love our evening regulars and think that what we have to offer is unique in the city, but, at the moment it has not been worth it to stay open late without an event to bring people down. Being a bar is super challenging right now. We hope you understand.

We will continue to be defacto bar for bunker gig nights and we have some special events of our own planned, keep an eye on social media and we'll keep you up-to-date.
