✨WE’RE HIRING FOR 2026!✨

This season we are looking for skilful and confident kitchen and bakery staff.
We’re a small family run business on the West Coast of Isle of Skye and we love our sourdough. With bakery in house, we’re serving relaxed brunch with eggs from the croft down the road and speciality coffee roasted opposite the loch in Carbost.

Slow processes, fermentation, sourdough, locally sourced ingredients and fusion - if those sound like a music to your ears - we will get along well!

You must be:
* Passionate about food.
* Confident with your kitchen skills, knowledge and routines
* Comfortable with early mornings (bakers only)
* Fast paced, friendly and team effort oriented with a level of experience in hospitality
* Able to switch gears and help in an all-around position

Offering 5 days out of 7, day shifts only on the gorgeous Isle of Skye.
You don’t have any experience but want to learn? We have a KP position opening this year and we are always happy to train if you have a passion and drive.
Duration: APRIL-OCTOBER 2026 (with possibility of some hours until December 2026)
Looking to fill 2-3 positions in total depending on the experience level, couples applications welcome.

We’ve been quiet over here, working behind the scenes in preparation for the upcoming season.
As every year there’s a lot to do and consider and we can’t wait to reopen! There’s still some quiet magic to be done before we get to bake and brew, so please allow us a few more weeks to open Bog Myrtle doors to yous.
