❤️ A Message From Casa Sabor ❤️

After a lot of thought, we've made the difficult decision that this will be Casa Sabor's final week.
To everyone who has supported us, dined with us, shared a drink, left a review, recommended us to friends, or simply walked through our doors, thank you. Your support has meant the world to us.

Running an independent business in the current climate has been a challenge, but we're incredibly proud of what we've built and the memories we've shared along the way.

This week, the bar will remain open as usual, and we'll be serving food on Friday and Saturday for one final fiesta. 🍹🌮

We'd love to see as many familiar faces as possible before we say goodbye, so come and join us for one last taco, one last cocktail, and one last celebration.

From the moment you walk through the door, Heather is the one making sure your experience is nothing short of amazing. Whether she’s serving up delicious dishes, crafting cocktails behind the bar, or keeping everything running seamlessly on the floor, she does it all with a warm smile and effortless professionalism. 🍸

Heather has been part of our journey since day one, and we truly wouldn’t be the same without her. Her energy, dedication, and genuine care for every guest make her an absolute asset to our team.

When she’s not looking after all of you, Heather loves making the most of her time off — her interests include films, reading and nightlife🥂She’s also passionate about fashion and beauty, always keeping up with the latest trends.

Hi, I’m Sebastian — most people call me Seb. I’m the owner of Casa Sabor. 🌮

You’ll usually find me downstairs in the kitchen cooking 👨‍🍳 That’s why a lot of you won’t have met me yet.

I’ve lived in Stroud for 23 years 📍 I take a lot of pride in running a business in a town with such a great mix of people and a strong sense of community.

I’ve always been drawn to food 🔥 I fell into this role unexpectedly, but I’m glad I did. I’ve learned a lot and met some amazing people along the way.
Creating something people can enjoy, relax with, and come back to, that’s what Casa Sabor is about.

Everything that comes out of the kitchen is something I take pride in 💪 I’m always working to make it better. So far, you all seem to be enjoying it 🙌

Over the next few weeks, I’ll be introducing more of the amazing team behind Casa Sabor 👥
